Description
Ames MPF 98/100 is a miniaturized, ready to use Ames Test kit in a liquid microplate format. It includes all reagents necessary to run 10 samples with strains TA98 and TA100: 10 vials each of semisolid TA98, TA100, plus Booster, Growth -, Exposure -, Reversion Indicator Media, Ampicillin, Positive Controls, lyophilized Post-Mitochondrial Supernatant S9 from Phenobarbital/ßNaphtoflavone induced rat liver. Not included in the kit are plastic ware and S9 Cofactor solutions.
